The Rhode Island club where over 96 lives were lost are Armenian. Do you think these two Armenian brothers should face criminal charges?

It was their responsibilty to get an "ok" from the fire dept for that kind of event to take place. The building was not safe for that event to take place with fire effects. I think this should be a good lesson for all of us that we should always try to do stuff the correct way rather then paying for it later

Armenia, I'm sure there could have been Armenian victims, who knows...But, I'm wondering if the Derderian brothers, who say they had a verbal contract with the band, Great White, would be able to prove this in court...I mean, maybe if there were other people in the room when they told the band "no pyrotechnics", I dunno. Any Liars, oops, I mean Lawyers out there....who can shed some light on this matter.

Makes me think twice about going to an event that's really crowded; some clubs in Hollywood pack people up like sardines...best example: Dublin's on Sunset. Never going there again. Major fire hazard.

Clubs and major bars are too friggin over-rated anyway. I am tired of the whole attention xxxxxs and image seekers getting off on clubs. The people who burned have only themselves to blame for going to such a low quality attention xxxxx infested club.

I prefer a nice small xxxxing pub where I can rack a few down, or a bonfire at Huntington Beach, or just a shindig with friends. Clubs in general are too hyped up.

As for them proving they are innocent because they said no pyrotechnics, that is a matter of evidence. They need some evidence such as a contract or something of that sort. Everything else is dubious evidence, such as "witnesses" or "someone heard it", because human testimony is always flawed and can be influenced by a variety of factors.
